In early 2011 I did a speaking tour (well 6 speaking gigs) across England. One of the highlights was Yeo Valley. A great view and free yogurt.

I've given up doing sourdough bread for a while. It takes a bit too long and I've recently discovered they sell live yeast in the local polish shop.
But it is pretty easy (despite taking a while). You should give it a go.
You start with a sourdough starter (this takes about a week to get going).
And then throw it in the oven (after a while and a second proof)..
